Eligibility for Exchange
- You may return items within 10 days of receipt.
- Items must be in the new and same condition as received — unused, with tags, and original packaging.
- Shipping arrangements will be at your expense.

Exchange Availability
- Stock may vary, so we cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred item.
- If the requested item is unavailable, you may exchange it for another item of equal value.
- For items of higher value, you will simply pay the difference.
- For items of lower value, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
Damages & Issues
- If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, let us know immediately, so we can resolve it for you. Click here and send us a message
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
- If you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility, send us a message and we’ll assist you.
Store Credit
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.
- Approved returns will be issued store credit within 5 business days.
- If Valid, a Store Credit Voucher will be issued as the refund. It will be equivalent to the value the returned item(s), excluding shipping fees

- Incomplete requirements may result in the parcel being returned to the sender
- Frequent or irregular returns may not be eligible.
