Returns, and Exchange

Eligibility for Exchange

  • You may return items within 10 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in the new and same condition as received — unused, with tags, and original packaging.
  • Shipping arrangements will be at your expense.

Exchange Availability

  • Stock may vary, so we cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred item.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, you may exchange it for another item of equal value.
  • For items of higher value, you will simply pay the difference.
  • For items of lower value, any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Damages & Issues

  • If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, let us know immediately, so we can resolve it for you. Click here and send us a message

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • If you’re unsure about your item’s eligibility, send us a message and we’ll assist you.

Store Credit

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.
  • Approved returns will be issued store credit within 5 business days.
  • If Valid, a Store Credit Voucher will be issued as the refund. It will be equivalent to the value the returned item(s), excluding shipping fees

  • To avoid delays, please ensure your items meet the return and exchange conditions before shipping them back.
  • Incomplete requirements may result in the parcel being returned to the sender
  • Frequent or irregular returns may not be eligible.
